  • Everyone sees the world through their life’s experiences
  • Nothing is every personal
  • It is not compulsory to take part in the drama.
  • Will it matter in an hour, a day or a week?
  • You don’t always have to be right.
  • Your response or reaction is the only thing that you can control.
  • Don’t judge another until you have walked two moons in their moccasins.
  • Take a deep breath, inhale love, exhale negative thoughts.
  • Smile.
  • Give yourself a hug or pat on the back (real or imaginary).
  • Acknowledge and congratulate all aspects of yourself, your trials and triumph – it’s all okay, you are the best you in the whole universe.
