Yoga therapy has tools to help with a wide range of disorders and stress related problems. It can complement both conventional and alternative medicine. Suzan will collaborate with you to create your practice which will be based on your specific circumstances and will encourage regular home practice to give maximum benefits. This will empower you to take an active part in your recovery/rehabilitation.  Click here for details on Yoga therapy sessions.

Viniyoga is an ancient Sanskrit word that means – “appropriate application” it not formulaic and takes into account lifestyle, needs and interests on a case by case basis. Practitioners report improved health, happiness and sense of well-being, as well as increased self-awareness, understanding and confidence.

It can help a wide range of disorders and stress related problems.  Including back and joint issues; breathing disorders; issues during PMS, pregnancy and menopause; emotional issues such as anxiety, depression; postural and balance problems.  Yoga may help patients recovering from injuries, surgery and illness.  It may also enhance the quality of life for patients with chronic diseases.  Click here for more information on the benefits of yoga therapy.
