Sound Relaxation Evening, Chinnor OX39 4DJ @ The Village Centre
Oct 4 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

A Charity Fundraiser for Chinnor Village Centre, OX39 4DJ

I’m delighted to be facilitating a Sound Relaxation Evening as a fundraiser for the Village Centre, Chinnor OX39 4DJ.

Sound Therapy a brilliant process to reset body and mind. Many experience deeper relaxation than ever before and feel amazing afterwards.

You will lie or sit depending on which is most comfortable and bathe in sound of Tibetan bowls and other instruments. Sound waves work their magic to reduce and release stress and retune to a state of calm and peace. (The science of entrainment – energy automatically aligns with the predominant frequencies).

All you have to do is get comfortable and adjust for comfort during the session. I will guide you to find deeper levels of comfort and relaxation then the Sound Journey begins. Sounds are unique to the group as will be your experience. They surround and fill body and mind gently freeing and washing away darkness and heaviness leaving you rested, relaxed, and restored.

The session finishes with grounding practices, tea, and a treat to ensure you are ready and fully awake to make your journey home.
