Relaxation is a necessity in 21st century living. As it can be more of a challenge to relax in the current climate the session will include, connection and support to allow you to be present in the peace energies for our hour together.
You are welcome to relax on your bed and drift into sleep.

I fully relaxed, it was amazing.
