A guided meditation to support your healing process. The act of meditation is

  • Returning to the present moment.
  • Learning to be comfortable in the present moment, however uncomfortable you feel (mental/emotional).
  • Witnessing your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
  • Being ok with whatever happens

A busy mind veering from thought to thought is normal. Meditation is the process in and out of inner stillness. A busy mind is part of the human condition. Ancient texts refer to the mind as a drunken monkey bitten by a scorpion, or a wild horses pulling a cart.

Over time it is possible to be aware and accept memories of the past, concerns of the future and the now moment. This starts the process of untanglement. Your old habits, samskaras, developed for a reason when you were very young. They are not wrong or bad, rather ways that our underdeveloped self  used to cope and keep safe. They are no longer helpful. Accepting these behaviours with compassion and understanding, giving them some space allows them to loosen their grip. The deep grooves/neural pathways can become less as new ones are created by developing supportive habits. In time whatever is holding you back withdraws to the background and you embody more of your essential nature.

I will create a safe and sacred space. Sessions will vary according to who is present and what is happening individually and collectively. I will share my intuition, and life-long learning.
