Slow down, and let your body be your guide. She has so much wisdom to share.
Your breath reflects inner world, calm, slow and steady or agitated, fast and erratic?
An ache or pain holds a story of trauma or suffering, give it space and listen. To move or rest? gentle or strong?
Yoga becomes a journey of healing and recovery. A time to connect with your innate wisdom and healing abilities. Uniting body, mind/emotions, and spirit. You are your own healer.
  • Working with your body supports recovery, healing and balance.
  • Feel safe and at home in your body.
  • Discover your inner wisdom.
  • This is the place of true knowing and deep peace.

  • Mindful movement with Individual adaptations and alternatives as needed

After class I feel:

Very relaxed and happy, grounded, energised, soft, at peace, happy to be me, rested, really motivated, complete, more in my body, twice as long, home, a sense of lightness and spaciousness in my abdomen.


That was a wonderful session – relaxing, healing, no pressure, just perfect. I feel complete and whole.

I feel very safe in the classes, so my body relaxes as soon as I join.

I felt as though I was sinking into the mat and really relaxing – wonderful.

Amazing, I could do anything now!

Each session brings a big smile, it allows me to land and connect to my body and release, a rare treat in a very full week.

I now know what it is to be present!! 🙂 :).

The world is a brighter place after your yoga classes

Absolutely loved yesterday’s class.

I enjoyed being in my body.

I feel happy and content, very different to the beginning of class.

My breathing is much freer and I feel lighter.

Today I really felt in my body, it is wonderful, I can’t stop smiling.

I moved so many parts of my back, it was great.

I felt the heavy energy and stress releasing.

I enjoy the extra time we have to share and support each other.

I loved that we dedicated the session to our ancestors. I felt very connected. It was thought provoking, thank you.

Booking is for full term, fees are non-refundable.

I feel very good after yesterday’s class :).

The energy at the end was phenomenal.

It is great to finish the term feeling more positive.

I felt really emotional and out of sorts all class but slept really well. I slept. Like really slept! It was just what I needed.

It is wonderful to move slowly.
