Chair Yoga – Online, In-person Group

All the class is conducted either sitting in a chair or standing with chair for support if appropriate. There is no lying or kneeling on the floor.

I love the way we micro exercise our whole body, paying attention to small details & by doing so seem to bring the whole body into focus.

12 week course 15th September – 1st December 2020 £72. (Pro-rata if joining midway through course). Monthly payment plan available if needed – post dated cheques. Booking is for full term and non-refundable.
