Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath @ The Bagnall Centre

A yoga and sound bath is a delicious way to round off the weekend and start a new week feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed.

I’m very pleased to be running this 2 hour session with Barbara Dancer which includes gentle yoga and a sound bath, relaxing with sounds of Tibetan bowls and other instruments. Barbara will lead the yoga practice. It will focus on the breath and movement including a gentle joint releasing sequence – pawanmuhktasana – a popular yoga practice. This encourages us to start relaxing by reducing tension and physically and mentally unwinding. Accessing a relaxed body state, helps the mind to relax too.

Suzan then creates a magical soundscape to engage your thoughts and mind. There is something so engaging and delightful about listening to sounds. Each cell of the body bathes in the vibrations of the sonic massage creating  a very relaxing experience for body and mind. Time passes very quickly. Previous attendees report feeling ‘blissed out; ‘deeply rested’ and ‘very relaxed’ at the end of the session.

We will finish with some tea, snacks and oracle cards.

This is definitely a treat for the end of the weekend and will be in the light and airy Studio  space of The Bagnall Centre.
