  • Relaxation to energise and re-vitalise and integrate your practice.
  • Sharing time for connection and community.

  • Find freedom and flexibility in body and mind.

Suitable for all ages, sizes and levels of experience.

Booked as a course so we can get to know one another and feel comfortable asking for alternatives, sharing and interacting with group members (optional).

This is a very friendly, supportive group which works at its own ability, without competition:

Each session brings a big smile, it allows me to land and connect to my body and release, a rare treat in a very full week.

Very relaxed and happy, energised, at peace, happy to be me, rested, really motivated, more in my body, twice as long, a sense of lightness and spaciousness in my abdomen.

I felt as though I was sinking into the mat and really relaxing – wonderful.

Amazing, I could do anything now!

Each session brings a big smile, it allows me to land and connect to my body and release, a rare treat in a very full week.

A proactive and  positive group to support you find new understanding and start living life fully irrespective of where your son or daughters journey takes them.

It will compliment psychotherapy and 12 step programmes and also stand alone.
