When I left Aylesbury I thought I was going to cry when I had my last yoga class, I was more upset about that than all the great friends I’d made.

If I hadn’t have found your classes I am not sure how I would have got through very difficult times ???? FACT!

Not quite sure what you did yesterday in the yoga session but woke up this morning feeling really positive with energy and most productive day I’ve had in weeks, thank you.

I wasn’t coming because I felt down and so tired, now I feel AMAZING.

Healing Meditation – Online, in person group

A guided and supported meditation to become comfortable in the present moment and witness the wanderings of the mind. The act of meditation is returning to the present moment. A busy mind is part of the human condition. Ancient texts refer to the mind as a drunken monkey bitten by a scorpion, or a wild horses pulling a cart.

Meditation is a process in and out of stillness. Developing acceptance with memories of the past, concerns of the future allows energies to unravel. Our old habits, samskaras, developed for a reason when we were very young. They are not wrong or bad, rather ways that our underdeveloped self  used to cope and keep safe. They are no longer helpful. Accepting these behaviours with compassion and understanding, giving them some space allows them to loosen their grip. These samskaras form deep grooves/neural pathways and over time we create new more supportive habits. In time whatever is holding you back can start to untangle and embody more of your essential nature.

  • Reconnect with your inner wisdom
  • Discover your natural healing abilities
  • Explore at your own pace in a safe and sacred space
  • Connect with like-minded people
  • Find peace, calmness and well-being as you understand how your story/history is impacting you now.

I will create a safe and sacred space. Sessions will vary according to who is present and what is happening individually and collectively. I will share my intuition, and life-long learning.

Mindful Yoga THERAPY & Relaxation – Online

Let the earth support your body as you gently move to the rhythm of your breath, just as far as is right for you today. No pressure, right or wrong instead what will be of most benefit to you. Rest when needed. Guided by your inner wisdom/essence and messages from your body.

Gentle stress, trauma, and recovery sensitive practices to support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

Live, online, in-person group. Arrive up to 15 minutes before we start for a chat.

Sessions include:

  • Slow, mindful movement linked to the breath helps calm body and mind.
  • Lying postures support the body enabling you to stretch gently and safely.
  • Individual adaptations and alternatives.
  • Yoga breathing for well-being of body, mind and spirit.
  • Relaxation to energise and re-vitalise.
  • Sharing time for connection and community.

This group is:

  • Restorative and gentle.
  • An holistic practice to calm your nervous system and restore a sense of well-being to body, mind/emotions and spirit.
  • Suitable for all ages, sizes and levels of experience.
  • Booked as a course so we can get to know one another and feel comfortable asking for alternatives, sharing and interacting with group members (optional).
