Sisters in Silence Online Circle (20 minutes)

Connect and commune with compassionate presence of a circle of women.  Sisters in Silence there for one another.

We will start with a brief check in and drop into silence as we hold space for ourself and the group, simultaneously giving and receiving.

20 minutes works.

A deeply powerful session.

I feel more aware and peaceful.

My body grounded, my mind calm.

I feel gratitude for deep, authentic connection.

I feel a warm energy around my heart. Its a very special space.

This complementary session is on the 4th Sunday of each month. Extra sessions as needed.

Heart/Sharing Circle 2nd Sunday of each month – no set fee, pay what you can, suggested donation £15.
